Proposed Amendment

To add the following section to Article III, Section 1:

d. Associate Members.

Associate membership may granted to a Company or Corporation that is active in the manufacture or distribution of roofing products, an Architect or Consulting firm, or actively associated with the roofing industry. Associate members will. be able to attend the annual convention and seminars, have preference for booth space at the trade show, and will receive a membership placque. Associate members will not be allowed to vote, hold office, or directorship in the association.
