Article VIII. Installation and Vacancies

Sect 1.

Officers and Directors elected at the annual Convention shall be installed at the close of the convention.

Sect 2.  Vacancies.

In the event of absence, incapacity or the death of the President, the Vice President shall serve as acting President. A vacancy in the office of Vice President or Secretary/Treasurer, shall be filled by the Board of Directors by a two-thirds vote. Duties previously assigned to that Officer or Director shall be re-assigned at the discretion of the President. Vacancies in the Board of Directors shall be filled by appointment of the President and consent of the Board of Directors, and just for the remaining time of the unexpired term.
